dredgeing N.East Mo???

has anyone done any dredgeing in N.East Missouri? maybe in Lewis or Clark county?? im looking for a access point into the Wyconda River up there. either on the old channel or the new channel. i need permission to cross someones land and put my dredge into that river and dredge down into the center of it in a couple of places. maybe 2 days worth of work. i dont cut trees,dredge into the banks, or leave any trash.i respect the land owners property and wishs! id even pay for the time to be able to do this. if you have some land with access into the river contact me at: russau at yahoo dot com id like to get up ther this summer when the water recedes.

the Wyaconda River goes through three countys in N.east Missouri. the Lewis,Clark and it splits in Scotland county into the north and the south branch of the Wyaconda River. im looking for either county to access this river. anyone have a comment or a idea?
