I'd say it's 50/50 he got Ripped off But he should have been able to tell if the Cap was Tampered with. The Inside the Cap looked like the Cork Desolved which is a good sign
it was original. even if it Did have Cocaine It wasn't still Active ,
But I Don't think a 116 year old Bottle Ever Did. Too New
not the Original Recipe by then But I Could be Wrong
