Dug a Japanese fish/flower themed match holder and striker today

Can anyone pin down a value? I dig bottles but every now and again you dig a non bottle item of interest. We all got em. This was today's. Appears to be Japanese but no makers mark.

Looks like Nippon early 1900's. Probably worth about 10-15 bucks.
