Yea im glad I found it, its probably the prettiest coin I ever seen. I was really hoping that it was a LC though... :tongue3:

Very nice coin TF ! It has a Standing Libertyish quality to it. Old to boot

A coin that large is a great find. WTG

Like I said, I'd rather find that than a Barber dime any day. Trade ya?

thats a good looking coin, dont see many of those around here. i understand the disappointment however in the foreign ness of it, but great find nonetheless :icon_thumleft:

that is a nice looking coin, congrats.

Got both the 5 and 10 French Centimes at a local site some years back. Neither one was in nearly as good condition as that one. Both of mine came from the site of an Armistice Day Celebration, little wonder and I'd wonder if yours came from a recently returned doughboy also.

Maybe even one of those Teufelshunde from Belleau Woods!

Great looking coin Kermit  Yep, I'd be happy with that one :)

very nice looking coin,wtg!

Oh You are still young , and turn to ""french "" way --------- Congr. !!!!!!!!!!

Nice dig TF! Congrats.

Love that large copper. Even if it is French! Glad we were there to see you dig it.
