Today I hit one of the FP parks with Kimsdad and only two finds all day. . . my first find was a
magnetic set of religious icons ??? and the second was a Chinese cash coin. . . VERY deep.

It was minted around 1821-1851 so I guess I can say it's one of my "older" coinage recoveries :o

Thanks for looking!

Nice cash coin. I found one too, similar to yours. Ah, to have been out on a beautiful day like today!

WOW that is an old coin, nice find watercolor

Did you get anything to eat while in China? Could've stayed a little longer then. Good hits!

Can't say one of those is on my wish list, but can you imagine the stories of travel that coin could tell
if only it could talk. Maybe someday we'll have a little pocket analyzer that you could drop your coin into, and it would give you a GPS overview of its route.

Cool digs Mark!

Thats some great diggin buddy, I would love to find an old cash coin or 2!!! :icon_pirat:

Great hunt, Mark. I've got one of those chinese coins too. Pretty cool if you ask me.
