Dumping banks

Do have to have an account with the bank I will dump at? I dumped at banks where I don't have an account with but that was with like 5 rolls. But now I have 50 penny rolls and 5 dime rolls. Please help!

You roll your pennies? That must be bad... Try to find a Coin Counter. For your OP, yes it is a great idea to get an account with your Dump Bank. I don't have an account with my Pickup bank, so i'm crossing my fingers I don't get cut off.
