Talk to Mike from Woodland Detectors. He may not throw in the crappy "extras" but his knowledge and willingness to help will go much further than a free plastic shovel and a coin bag!

The probe being used is the Sunray...I believe that would be the X-1 for the etrac.

thanks for the info on the probe. :icon_thumright:

i realize most of the free stuff is nothing worth shouting about. just wondered if any special offers or deals are going on. customer service is always tops for me.

Then you definately want Mike at Woodland. No experience myself, but from what i've seen and read here he puts himself out to help detectorists get the best deal he can offer. Also you can phone him anytime and he'll talk you through any problems and help with hints and tips etc.

Jamie (Kellyco chick) has been doing a good "public relations" job on here for Kellyco for the past few months too. She's also a lot cuter than Mike in my esteemed opinion, and although she steadfastly refuses "a free bikini pic' with every detector sold", she's very helpful and will push orders through if you talk to her!

There are other dealers on here too, but i don't know anything about them. Mike and Jamie get involved deeply at the ground level and get glowing recommendations (usually, although Jamie takes a lot of flak for ALL problems about Kellyco, which to be fair is out of her control mostly.) :)

I bought my e trac from windy city 2 detector I bought from them.Give them a call

I bought mine from Mike because he knows what he is doing and will help you out if you buy from him or not. He didn't send me a lot of junk stuff that will break the first day. I don't need no junk and buy only the best stuff. He is someone that you can call and talk to, not just someone wanting to sell you something.

I've bought two Etracs from FortBedfordBob at www.fortbedfordmetaldetectors.com. Give him a call... I liked his pricing better than any others I was able to find. ;D

Whenever you do get it, you will like the Etrac.... :icon_thumright:

thanks for the tips, everyone!!!!
