Hit a new permission on prime CW dirt and found my first Eagle Breast plate and lots of bullets a mercury dime, 2 buffalo's and one Indian Head. What a day!!

Excellent plate. The bulge may be iron attachments used on the backside. I found the exact same condition on a cartridge box plate I found a couple years ago.
