Elongated hollow shaft might be a hand mirror handle.
An instrument reed might be one item. Above the rams butt. Like a pump organ reed.

Twenties fashion perhaps.
Or it could be promoting umbrellas. Or both.
Could a resident of the site have been in sales? Or just carrying promotional items from having shopped somewhere?

Gotta love those earlier 1900s sites. Like you said, nothing terribly old but always a ton of signals that result in a pile of interesting finds! Good job!
