Early Buckle on short trip out today

out for a quick hunt here in Jersey today,cabin fever getting the best of me,went to a place close to me that I've been to several times in the past. buckle looks like another 17th century buckle i found couple years ago. the large coin looks to be English.

That's a nice, very old buckle. Possibly a state copper?
