Found this Navajo silver bracelet this morning out in a area that was once farmland back in the 1890's. Now all tall oak and pine trees. Surprising, it was deeper than expected. So I assumed it had been there for a while.. Maybe late 1800 to early 1900's I'm guessing? Looks like it might have been hit by a plow or hoe (not me) . There is no marking on the back what so ever. Certainly not something you find on Cape Cod very often. Maybe it was brought back by a soldier from an out west military post? Some western metal detectors might have a better idea of it's date. Was a solid 29-30 on my Equinox 800. Wonder if it could be repaired? Weights .575 oz t including the stone of course. Last image is much closer in color.
