It's causing a traffic mess down here I'm hearing on this mornings commuter report. Doesn't take much to make for a slow start of the day down here anymore. I'll be heading up to Empire about 11:00 this morning and by then everyone should have it all figured out and things should be moving along okay. I hope anyways.

eta: I don't know HOW you (snow) ppls do it.... :laughing7:

It's pictures like this, that make me wanna move farther south to Georgia. Great pics!

That's a real pretty scene RGINN! My flip flops, shorts and tshirt ( my garb for the last two months ) would be out of place there. Hoping spring sets in there soon.

I was thinking about you RGINN when I I saw the morning news talking about snow in Denver. I knew youd be up in the higher elevations and likely saw a lot more!

Well, on the bright side, snow means money to us. And avalanches, closed interstates, traffic jams, no affordable housing, high cost of living, tons of tourists, and all the other perks that go with living in a 'resort' area, haha!

I recall my first year in Idaho, when we bought 15 acres at only 3000 ft elevation. Last snow, the first week of July, first snow first week of Sept. You have to hurry to get it all done in the summer. Makes life a bit more intense, it seems.

Well at least you'll have the Troll to visit I keep getting updates on the news about down here.

Very nice photo, but glad it's not here! :occasion14:
