I got this at a yard sale a few years ago for a dollar . I still have my old original Tyco race car set from 1974 when I was a kid ....plus I've added to it over the years with more vintage track & cars ( it's a family tradition to get it set up on Thanksgiving....we have a blast ! especially the adults .)

Anyway I've never seen an electric racehorse set . I can not find any markings on this piece . Anybody know what company made this set ? I'm guessing it's from the 60's .

So this toy would run on a track like a train set? That's way cool. I've never seen a track toy like it. WTG. Try the Lionel collector websites and see if they have anything similar. Good Luck with the ID.

Sweet find no matter what it turns out to be.

It almost looks like the type of toy that you run on a flat floor and when it hit a wall or something it turns itself around and keeps going.

Hi nhbenz, the link you posted takes me to a ebay login page. ????
