Just had elk stew the other day from our freezer stock. Can't go wrong with that on a chilly night. :icon_thumright:

The only thing that comes close is fresh Mule Deer, but Elk has them all beat !!! Hooves down !!! :hello:
 

Ever try Mongoose stew? It is good if you are hungery.
