It is about a tie right now. Let's get the word out and overwhelm the enviros!

Wealth is the result of the harvesting of natural resources. Separation of people from their natural resources results in poverty. Look at third world nations - the environmental NGO's have blocked them from developing their economies by blocking them from their resources. Why would the US Govt give PILT payments to timber counties if the local economies would not be affected by decreased timber sales? Same goes for mining - Hundreds of thousands of dollars enter southern Oregon's economy through mining.

I voted; there sure are a lot of stupid or perhaps naïve people in Oregon.
 
Seems like the percents are staying even. Really though we should be holding classes and/or educational training to educate the public on what mining actually is, not the greeny bs the hipsters throw out there to scare people.
