Silver Foil Insert?

does that mean it's actually just a piece of silver foil not a real coin ?

It's a MS70 silver eagle, they've been giving one a week away almost every week, sometimes they'll post other silver bullion too.

Jeff about a month ago a friend of mine won a Mexico 1oz silver Libertad which is Mexico's bullion 1oz silver coin

I am wondering what silver foil insert means too/

I guess it means you get a some foil … i got a roll of foil in my kitchen drawer right now..

This is one of those dam pyramid schemes were you get more people to sign up.. if i would have know that i would have never looked at it … I hate those pyramid schemes…. stay away from it..

I'm still thinking it's a piece of Stamped Silver Foil wrapped over a Plastic Slug
and inserted in the holders as souvenirs.

it's the only thing that makes sense in my mind for the words "silver foil insert"

Silver foil insert refers to the color of the ID tag. They also have gold foil inserts. Nothing to do with the composition of the coin.

As for the authenticity of the give-a-way contest...I cannot say, but I'll be staying away regardless.

Thank you fella

I'm not too lucky at contests.
I did have a pressed foil replica of a twenty dollar gold coin that came in very handy, it was stolen when our house was broken into. I would have loved to have heard that conversation! :laughing7:

fella thanks for the info. Another thing I just googled, a "first strike" coin is one struck within thirty days of the official mint release and production of that given coin type.
