I'm sorry you had a problem with the new Equinox 600. That stinks when you are anxiously awaiting arrival of a new sought after detector and then have some sort of set back with it. I hope that Minelab's customer service has greatly improved. They hit a pretty all time low a while back, this according to some die hard Minelab owners. I haven't seen or heard too much negativity in the last little while. I'm hoping your turn around will be quick and you'll soon have the 600 in your hand. I'm thinking on one a little down the road.
