My Eq 800 feel over and thought nothing of it until I tried to turn it on a few months later and it would not turn on. When I shook it I could hear something rattling inside, I suspected that the turn on switch had somehow been dislodged from the circuit board . I contacted Mine Lab and unfortunately my warranty had expired so the only way to get this fixed was to send it in and pay almost 500$ to replace the unit because it is not possible to repair it. Challenge excepted, I was able to separate the top screen from the unit and that was not easy but when it was open, I found a loose micro switch, I resoldered the switch back on plus as an added protection I put epoxy glue on it too. Right now it is working great, going to glue the top screen on after some testing.
