Found this the other day in water. Am guessing maybe from the 60's based on the material and weight. Searched the internet and found many right away including some posted here on T-net. Also found like a dozen of the exact same style on e-bay for 9.99 so not very valuble.

Still I thought it was cool.

I had found an "Equipments Militaires" item a while back , but not sure if it was a button or not; had no round thread holes..just an opening with a bar across it...maybe some type of snap attachment...not sure how old it is.
