Metal detecting has opened my knowledge on various collectibles. One being error coins.
Error coins can be quite valuable. Even cents, (pennies),. An obvious example is the 1955 DDO cent. A true 1955 DDO can be worth thousands of dollars!
How does a novice discern between a true Double Die error coin or a Machined Double?
Please know, I post this as a general question.
Peace
