Estate sale Painting

I was hoping for some help with this picture.
I purchased it from an estate sale at a small ranch home.
The owner was a ninety year old bachelor "whiskey salesman" according to his niece.
He did have some nice art, and I purchased a few paintings.
I paid about eight dollars for this one.
I have searched the name and have gotten nowhere.
It seems like a quality painting to me, but all opinions are welcomed.

I thought it was Elizabeth Magill but the signatures don’t match.
 
Just doing a bit of tidying up on some older threads, mainly for the benefit of anyone searching the site for information.

That’s mass-produced wall-art from Vanguard Studios in the 1960s and these are either simulated oil paintings or textured prints enhanced with some overpainting to bring them to life. This pair is signed “Miguel”, which is almost certainly a pseudonym invented by the studio for a commercial artist or group of artists churning them out:
