European Silver coin

I found this coin a couple days ago in Holland on the border of Germany. It is silver, 25 mm in size. I thought maybe French, or holy roman empire...I have looked thru thousands of coins with no luck, just wondering if there are any European coin experts around and any help would be appreciated. I'm still looking for the other half, unfortunately the plows got the best of the coin, but I would still like to know what I found. I am American, but living in Germany at the moment.
