Does it have a manual ground balance?

Okay Dardego, I give. Tell about the test results. What kinda of soil and how deep on what targets?

Is the Eurotech the same thing as the Garrett Euro?

You be the judge...

I'm going to check out the Eurotech online right now, thanks Rick.

Well to start, no on manual ground balance. Here in north Texas it's really not necessary. The preset works just fine. As for depth in my test garden, the most impressive one was the clear, loud detection of a 1964 nickel at 9 inches. The sensitivity set at 6,out of 10. The other coins, clad pennies, silver dimes and quarters, easily ring up at the 8 inch depth. Most impressive was the dime down 6 inches deep, with a hunk of iron laying 3inches on both sides, disc set at 00. Very fast recovery. Volume control was really nice to have. Guys, don't take my word for it. Give one a try if you can. You will be surprised!

No way is the Eurotek the same as Garrett Euro.

how much different is this from a fisher f2?

Update on Eurotek Pro

Forgot to mention the 8 inch concentric coil. Standard on the $219 model.

It is more sensitive than the Fisher F2 in my opinon, as I have used the F2 also. Does not have the notch feature, but I never used notch on other machines, misses too many desireable targets. Gold, nickels, etc.

Dardego, that is some pretty impressive test result. For the money that makes the Eurotek a great bargain.
