Hey All! Wicka here :hello: :hello2:
So I've been wondering, trying not to post to many threads. . .
Does anyone on here go to Coin stores or such to trade 40% Halves for 90%? (for example, you could trade let's say, 2 40% for 1 90%)
If you do this, please inform me on what the rates are :)
I have some 40%'ers and wondering if I should trade them for a 90% or some ASE's.

Also War Nickels, I was thinking I could trade a couple of those for a silver Rosie?
Just looking for opinions!
As always, very very very much appreciated!

2 war nickels for 1 90% dime is a trade down as far as asw. The dime is higher purity and contains 2.25g asw, but two nickels contain 3.5g asw.

I would give a 90% dime for 2 war nics in volume.

I'd just rather have 90% instead of around 30% :\ Am I incorrect in thinking so? :\ I'm here for opinions! Please correct me xD

No, you are not alone there. Many share that point of view on purity offsetting mass. My preference is for qty of asw. Of course, there is always the refining cost to consider. It costs money to get the Ag out of alloy.

Thanks for the opinion :) I really do value it. I just (personally) think I'd rather have 1 silver rosie rather than 2 War Nickels. but, I've been wrong before ;D
I still gotta find a ton of War Nickels, (and rosies, mercs etc. Going to start dimes when i get back from Vacation :D)
Thank you so much!

The nice thing about 90% is it takes up less room to be honest...
