I'm usually too much of a wussy to ask for permission. But I did on my way home from work today. I drive by this property every day. The oldest aerial is from 1952, but the property is 1912.

I'm going tomorrow. This is my first old permission. Any tips?

1st, congrats on your new permission and excellent research. Can't offer too much advice, just have fun! Make sure to thank your hosts and dig pretty plugs! Look forward to your finds, Ddf.

Find the iron nails then slow down and find the good stuff. Best of luck

Ask where the clothesline and where the outhouse was, then spend extra time detecting the path from the back door to outhouse and around the location laundry was dried.

Congrats on the permission! Now go find the goodies lol!

Awesome permission! Best of luck!

I'm looking forward to seeing all of your great finds! :occasion14:

You can see how the trees grew overtime, around the bases may be a good area.

Well your set for the fall if you have permission for the fields to. :notworthy: Good luck, hope it's a virgin site with plenty of relics and old coins.
