Just Got the LG35 Coil for the Legend

Got home from work and my package was here. This thing is a beast.

Hopefully I can swing this monster without too much pain. Testing it out tomorrow at my usual spot on the dried lake bed. Will hit the spots I have mostly cleaned out.

I figured you'd be going with the LG15. I have too many obstacles for something like that. Good luck swinging that monster.

I've got the LG35, and love it.. It's not great in trashy areas (of course), but it in the right areas the thing goes deep and covers a lot of ground per swing.
It gets heavy, so I rigged up a field expedient harness for it... which is basically just a loop of webbing attached to the handle, and a stretchy bungie cord that attaches to my metal detecting belt in the back (opposite side of my body from my swinging arm), then goes up and over my shoulder and down to my detecter. It makes all the difference in the world. Instead of being fatigued after 30 min, I can swing that thing all day and it feels just as light as my little 6" coil.
