Explorer ll used price/Trade in dealers..........advice wanted

Hey guys,
Lately, I've been thinking of getting a used Explorer ll. I cannot justify spending $1100+ on a new SE. I am willing to pay up to $650 for a good used Explorer ll. What do you guys think is a round about figure for this? I think I've seen some sell on Ebay for as low as $490. Does anyone know of a good dealer to work with who sells traded in Explorer ll units? I'd rather work with someone recommended as opposed to taking a chance on Ebay.

It seems it is a good deal and if TonyinCT was the one who sold it to the original seller then he knows the history on it. I would be interested, but I am afraid with 4 detectors now, it might be hard to sneak another one in the house.
