Eye? Carved in Rock

Different lighting on the same rock. Has anyone seen this shape before? I haven't gotten to explore this area further, but was curious if anyone can tell me what this might be? Located in NE Oklahoma.

When the picture is blown up the hole looks natural, not carved, most likely once held a fossil.
