Nice little bottle! That would be an iodine bottle w/ dropper. Most bottles w/ droppers were tinctures of one variety or another- meds. But my guess is there wasn't much for eye application. More like drops in a wound-- or perfume. Mine still had some red liquid in it-- which became colorless over time in the sun. Nice find
