Eyeball find in the park HELP!!

I found this button at the park the other day...the park was est. in 1915...After a hard rain, I always find cool things that wash up on the grounds...What was this button on? I know it is more than likely civillian, but any iday as to age??

Hey! Look what I found! I found this button a few years ago at an area that would have had native americans, civilians family members, and US Army Infantry soldiers throughout the end of the 1800s and through maybe 1910. Since then it has seen use by children...

It can be as old as 1850 through... today? I have no idea...
