F. Dick Knife Co. charm/miniature?

Found this while going through junk to put into junk lots. It's a charm/miniature knife made by F. Dick which is apparently a German knife company. It appears to have originally been part of a set that included a tiny knife sharpener. This one is marked on the other side with the name Ed Friedrich, a local business man who founded a very successful refrigeration/AC company. Just curious about the manufacturer, also if anyone with WP access cares to pass on sold for prices for these that would be awesome.

Prices on WP vary, $28-40 is what I saw. Cool charm!

Thanks so much! It really is, I have literally no idea where it came from either because normally I give stuff like this to my boyfriend (he has a gent's jewelry box positively stuffed with treasures lol). Not sure how it ended up at the bottom of one of my bins of junk jewelry, or how it still looks so nice.
