Looking to buy an f4 this spring it's in my price range and seems to have a lot of bang for the buck. Mostly a coin hunter in the midwest soil pretty stable black top soil, clay and some sand. Any pros or cons?

Good choice since the F4 is big brother of the very
capable F2. The F5 is a little more versatile as far as ground balance goes but the F4 is very capable and should give you much pleasure before you out grow it.-----HH
