Hi i have a coin from my grandpa its 20 Marks 1913year , 22 mm is these coin authentic?
Good call RC... i for one have never encountered one of these before.Welcome to Tnet.
I have significant doubts, I'm afraid. There are numerous fakes of these coins. A genuine one should weigh 7.97g but fakes are also made to match that weight. Below is a genuine example alongside one of the many fakes, with yours above. There are many varieties of fake which usually have differences in detail from genuine coins but note in particular: the positions of the stars at the tips of the eagle feathers and the alignment of the scrollwork relative to the 'M' of 'MARK'.

If it is fake it might still be gold, but more likely gold clad onto a tungsten core (if the weight is correct).
