Hopefully the pictures are good enough for you guys. It's hard to hold a loupe infront of a camera and take photos without being shakey. Haha. Diameter, weight, thickness, and composition are all correct. Thank you in advance for any info my fellow enthusiasts!

Of course the pics showed up sideways....I'll try to correct that. (Edit) I can't figure it out on my phone. Sorry for the sore necks!

I am no expert by any means but the coin looks kind of green to me. I don't have a three dollar coin to compare it to I wish I did because those are pretty nice. I have a handful of other ones handy by accident and even the more worn ones don't have that green glare to them. Unless it's just how it's warn.

I hope it is real!

Thanks for the reply beach kid. It must be the lighting that makes it look that way. It is guaranteed real gold. I can confirm that at least.

One thing you can do is remove it from the flip & weigh it. Looks good from the pics. The lighting does screw with the color.

It is the correct weight, diameter, thickness, and composition. The other details are what I am unsure about.

Also concerning this coin and others in the series, does anyone have a close up of the "horseshoe" between the E and R in LIBERTY?
