Fake Quarter or Error?

I got this quarter in my change at a Laundromat in Chinatown (hence my thought that it could be fake). It is a P mint. There is no copper on the rim..

Not an error or a fake. It's clad. It is just that the "copper sandwich" isn't as evident than on others. Good photos.
