Hey all,
Don't you love those days when your first dig is a wheat penny? It always gives me so much hope that it's going to be a good hunt.
Worked some sidewalk strips in my neighborhood fighting through the snowfall and partially frozen ground the whole way. My fingers went numb for the second half of the hunt. This might be my only chance to get out this weekend and I didn't want to give it up.
It was probably my most productive sidewalk strips hunt ever. I'm still shocked I found 3 silvers and 14 wheats outside of just one house.
Here are my finds:

Dates are:
-Merc (41)
-Rosie (48S)
-War Nickel (45S)
-14 Wheats (20S, 28S, 34, 35, 35D, 36S, 41D, 42S, 49D, 49S, 52D, 53S, 55D, 57D)
What a fun day. It gives me a dime trifecta (of sorts, one was Canadian [emoji6]) in my neighborhood this week
I'm actually on my way to the UPS store to pick up my CTX right now, I know the learning curve will be steep but I've got my fingers crossed that it will be worth it.
Happy hunting this weekend!
