It is one of two things...either it is a lift link out of a chain pump, or it is trip bell from a check row corn planter.

Pretty sure that is out of a cistern pump.

the more I look, I think it could be from the check row corn planter wire. I'm confused. Seems like a lot of wear on the loops so I thought pump chain but I suppose the corn planter trip wires would get a bunch of wear also and the rounded edges on the disc make me point towards corn planter check trip chain. The chain links are straight across instead of rotated 90 degrees like on yours.
