Father's day hunt
Hunted a new beach in Galveston today. It's at the very east end of the island right at the road that leads to east beach. I've fished here before but never detected till today. I hit the water for a total of 2 and 1/2 hours. Only came out with one crusty penny and a ton of beaver tail style pull tabs. I counted a total of 23 in all. I did find a golden bracelet its not marked and has cuts in it for design. It is not magnetic and vdi's a 51 any ideas? Could it be 10k I scratched it deep and its still gold so I don't know. I also wanted to know if all these beaver tails is a sign I need to spend more time here, I was thinking about possible older coins but I don't know. Here's a scan of the bracelet.
