5 hour beach hunt this morning, 4 different beaches. Got there and everything was sanded in, not what I was expecting. Was using the manticore with the m15 coil, beach low conductor, recovery speed 5 and sensitivity 20. the storms over the weekend brought a lot of sand in and with it came tons of pull tabs. Clad came to 1.98. Last beach I got a jumpy 6 to 11 mid tone and almost didn’t dig it. 10k gold bracelet weighs just over 11 grams. The bracelet is marked 10k in three different places with a hallmark of RVL. Comes up as French jewerlly co of Canada downsview Canada.
so far I’m liking the bigger coil, the separation seems to be good. It feels well balanced, as far as drag I think its the same as the one for the nox.
