This has been quite a winter. Last few weekends I've been able to get out for a few hours here and there. Last week I was on the beach found some junk jewelry and a whole bunch of clad.
Today with the temperatures rising it was another day I got to go out, it's February in the Northeast, hard to believe we're still hunting. I am posting some modest better finds of the day.
I did not photograph all of the clad and junk but I did manage to six Wheaties, oldest being 1917, buffalo nickel looks like 1920, 1936 Merc, A nice sterling silver ring with a nice ornate pattern on it. I got excited for the larger coin looking object in the photograph, I thought I found a farthing or something like that, but instead it's a radio orphan Annie's secret society pin. LOL you never know what you're going to find.
Enjoy the photos and happy hunting!
