I wonder what kind of metal detector the feds used?

The only easy way I can think of to split those PVC things is to use an ax at one end (like splitting logs for firewood.) Cutting them any other way would destroy the contents.

they use dogs to sniff out buried money!!!!!!!!!!! where... how do you train one ..... i need one now!!!!! all i got is a lazy cat
