Ferdinand the bull was on one side of the fence and Elsie the cow was on the other side of the fence . The time rolled around and Elsie started making eyes at Ferdinand . Well old Ferdinand backed off a ways , got a running start and sailed over the fence . He walks up and says , your'e Elsie the cow aren't you , she says yes and your'e Ferdinand the bull aren't you ? He says just call me Ferdinand , the fence was higher than I thought .
