Well I ran a search and couldn't find much but there is a Festin festival thats in some part of the world. Its in like Spanish or something so I cant read it but it looks like a festival for art. Maybe thats where it came from. Good Find.

OK, I checked out the small letters above "Festin" and think it says "P-Squere".
