Today's finds were mostly junk, a few modern coins and these few items:

A small spoon - small handle type?
An item that looks like a small whistle?
A chrome/nickel RAF blazer button - Firmin, London
A British Legion Lapel badge - No 4290

The spoon has a broken handle & the whistle is a dog type, I think.

I've not had that type of RAF button & the badge has a lot of its enamel, so worth the time hunting.

thanks for clearing that up, was unsure about the spoon and whistle. the whistle has a thread inside the end. strange.

after looking i think there may have been a screw on key ring at the end. this obviously dropped off
