Few Hours with a Few Keepers - Condor Token?

Got out this morning to a couple of our newer sites. Had to work for these finds but pretty happy with the results. Another Canada WWI general service button, a bunch of old spoons, a musket buttplate, a cufflink and other hits and bobs. Coin is a new one to me...thinking it's a Condor token but not sure. Looks to have an 1800s date.

Nothing to do with promoting business. It was payment to the workers & then they spent them in the factory shop. It was to rip off the workers & keep the profits for the rich.
