Fiancee beats me to the silver!

Well after about 4 or 5 trips out to the mine camp we finally struck some silver. My fiancée dug up a 1916 Barber dime. It's basically gone to the naked eyes but with a magnifying glass you can barely make out the date, "one dime", and a portion of the face. Not perfect but heck it's first silver for the two of us!

well congrats -- my "trainee" 12 year old kid , I hunt with found his first silver hunting along with me -- ,I told him to dig here --after hitting a silver type number --he got a 1837 "o" seated dime that was so worn it was murder to figger out what it was --the "o" within the wreath on the rear and no stars on he rim area in the front and a faint bit of the seated figure gave it away . -- the kids first silver ever was a real winner
