----3 permits,all site specific,inspections at each site your gonna try,2 waterboard permits(they are holding hearings to ban dredging anyhow soon) EIR states specifically miners must PAY ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED TO PROGRAM, now $2+ MILLION a year without a single dredge in the water.

Please note that the meeting in Redding will begin at 2:00 p.m, and the meetings in Sacramento, Oakland, and Riverside begin at 1:00 p.m. The CEQA meeting Notice has the address and room for each meeting location.
