I did a little bank hopping downtown this morning. Five of the six banks I stopped at either had nothing or only a handful of loose clad, but the final bank had $400 in fed wrapped, which I bought all of it. Now this bank has never produced anything so I didn't have my hopes up, but I did see a '69-D peaking through the end of a roll as I was loading them into my canvas bag. I knew I wasn't going to be skunked today. I got home and dove right in. Ended up with a '64-D (odd since I live on the East Coast) and 9 40%'s. My best day in months.

Sorry, wrong pic. My bad. That's the right one.

Pretty good haul for 400 bucks (compared to my averages)
I bought $530 in fed wrapped halves today and 3 boxes of dimes - I'll post up my results when done.

Good job!
Don't think finding a D mint coin is odd. Remember, that coin has had 45 years to travel and they generally are scattered about all across the country.

Of the 200+ '64 halves I have found over the years only 13 been minted in Denver. I realize it has had plenty of time to get here, but I don't see them very often any way.
