Hunting the treasure coast is not easy with all the competition and tides but on Saturday I finally found an incredible find. At first I thought it was a fake because it wasn't stamped but after taking it to 3 different jewelers, the verdict is in....14k white gold with 7 diamonds!!!!!! My next question would be the value, all three said between 1000 to 3000 dollars. Is that in the right range or are they trying to get a low price out of me???

Nice find thanks for posting

Nice find.

Depends on how quickly you want your money. You didn't say the weight but the average scrap price is about $100 to $250. To me and I could be wrong, the prices that they were quoting you were for what they would sell it for. You can wait around for the right person to get near what they get. I've never been that lucky.

It was ringing up a 15-16 on my nox which was usually a pull tab or junk! I'll check the weight of it

IF you get 500 out of it i wouldn't be surprised... perhaps 550..max

The value they are quoting you IS RETAIL NEW... NOT what they will give you for it.

Haha just finding a beautiful diamond ring is a huge win for me. I would never sell it but I was hoping for a high value like 2000 lol

It would have to be TRIPLE that weight and bigger and GOOD stones to ever get 2k.

Hey great score Btw... well done regardless... wish it was me that found it :)

Sweet ring! Now, where's #2....

Congratulations, sweet find! I’m sure they were quoting you retail prices, 500 to 600 is probably a realistic number. I don’t sell any of mine either.

That is one fantastical find. I have not found a diamond ring on the beaches here on the TC yet. Congrats.

Awesome gold find WITH real diamonds!! True pirate booty right there! Massive congrats!!
