So much for that EZ low water gold 
Nearly eight inches of rain in the last three days in the foothills. Usually double that in the mountains. The local streams are flowing again.
My local spot has changed a lot. First thing I noticed is all my sluice dams are gone and the diggins' are covered in quicksand.
I'm looking forward to some fresh prospecting. Hoping I can get in some good areas this season. May have to go stealth though.
